Notice of Ratification Vote

TAKE NOTICE that a Ratification Vote of the Voters of Seine River First Nation pursuant to the Voting Guidelines of the Seine River First Nation Flooding Claim Settlement Agreement (the “Voting Guidelines”) will be held on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2022, to determine if the Voters of Seine River First Nation approve and assent to the Seine River First Nation Flooding Claim Settlement Agreement (the “Settlement Agreement”) between Canada, Ontario and Seine River First Nation summarized in the Notice.
